After earning her MBA, Lida honed her sales and negotiation skills working for companies such as Colliers International, Standard and Poor's, and Johnson and Johnson. During her tenures with these companies, she brokered commercial and residential real estate deals, ran national marketing campaigns, and expanded business development and operations across Latin America, establishing an international client base and extensive network of contacts along the way.
