My husband and I used her help to first rent a house, then buy our own home a year later. Lida made herself available every single weekend until we found the house we wanted. She then went beyond the call of duty to help us find new lenders when the one we had started did not stick with us and then she negotiated an excellent deal with the seller for us. She even helped with extras like helping us find companies to work on our renovations as well as repeated visits to the same house so we could compare with others. I loved working with Lida and her team. She genuinely cared that we found the right house for us on a budget that was comfortable for us. She always spoke to us honestly, answered our many questions in a timely fashion, and wanted to educate us on the process so we felt comfortable making large financial decisions.
